Mrs. Sharon Norden
Principal
Sharon Norden serves as principal of St. Patrick’s Catholic Elementary School, bringing approximately 20 years of experience in education. Raised in Wichita, Kansas, she attended Catholic schools and began her professional life in accounting before following her love of education into teaching. Her experience spans Catholic and public schools, including work in behavior support, special education, and administrative support.
Sharon holds two master’s degrees and has taught Faith Formation at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Mulvane for more than 20 years. As principal, she centers her leadership on respect—for the Catholic faith, for each student’s opportunity to learn, and for the dignity of every person. She believes that even when people disagree, they can honor one another’s differences, boundaries, and worth.
